A relief of stay has been asked for and granted on an auto we are surrendering(all in the same day). The relief of stay says we have 15 days to object(which we won't). Should I call them now to arrange pick up of the vehicle? Does this mean that physical surrender of the vehicle is to occur at any time without notice?

The relief of stay on my car was lifted over a week ago, and we have called GMACs lawyer 3 times. They still haven't come to pick up the car...

i bet it wasn't granted yet. i think the OP confused the proposed order attached to the motion for relief from stay with a real order. so, hamburger, check whether that order is actually signed by a judge. i'm sure it isn't - it can't be, you said you have 15 days to object!filed ch7 May 09
