I have two judgements filed against me and I was wondering how to vacate them. Anyone have experience with this. How much does it cost? Do I need to appear in court? Do I have to file two motions to vacate since I have two judgements? My case hasn't closed yet so should I wait until it is closed ? Confused please help. Thanks to all.

Well in my old age, I can't remember if you got your Victory Dance, but here is one anyway, you deserve it:
P.S. your judgments should be discharged in your bk. Send the Court your discharge order. 'Hub
Also, it does not have to be closed, only discharged. Closing is clerical clean up.If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
