Thanks every one here for all your help. Had my 341 meeting this afternoon. It went well considering the UST was after us 2 weeks before this meeting. The TT asked all the usual question. He asked why we did not use a previous lawyer and did not get refund from him. I told him what that lawyer told us about getting our property taxes reduced and value of home decreased first and then maybe he could help us. We are in TX and have homestead exemption if you live in the house for more than 4 years, which we have. He wanted us to do this due to high equity in our home. I told TT that we only talked for about 90 min in total. And had sent e-mails questioning this which he never returned. Now the TT and UST are going after him. The UST was sitting right next to me and I did not even know until she gave me her card to mail the above documents! This is were my question lies. The TT accepted all our exemptions. He wanted copy of contract from previous lawyer, we have a time share which he wants us to surender (fine with me) and copy of one bank statement. My case is still open. Will they close my case after they recieve the above mentioned documents or will it remain open untill they sell the time share. I just want to know when my 60 days will start. Thanks for any advice.

Your 60 days started once the 341 was finished. It' good to see that a lawyer is being pursued The details of the documents and time-share will work themselves out during your 60 days. Even if the time-share is not finished by then, it probably won't hold up the Discharge.

Interesting the TT wants your time share. We have one and did not exempt it and our lawyer put a value of $0 on it.
At our 341, the TT jokingly said "What couldn't you sell it?" with a big smile on his face. I told him if you want it you can have it, jokingly as well. That was it, he didn't want it.

Also everyone's 60 days start after the scheduled date of their first 341. Your 60 days started the next day after your 341 meeting.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
