Getting stuff ready for Chap7 - Bank Accounts & Inventory

I am getting my list of things ready to file Chapter 7.
I owe money to my bank for overdrafts and they wrote off the debt. I can no longer access the accounts to get my statements that the attorney is requesting. I have been putting my checks in my mother's bank account. Do I just tell them I don't have a bank account? The bank lets me login but no accounts are there.

Will they want my mother's statements? I just got a job and tried to open an account at new bank but they wouldn't let me due to the debt to the previous bank and my credit score. Also does the "Check-Free" ding go away in Chapter 7 so I can open a new account or do I still need to pay the bank back to clear it?

Inventory: When I am making my inventory list do I put value on there or does the trustee? Do I need to list every shirt, underwear, socks, etc?

You should be able to get the statements from the bank. You'll just have to go there in person. Our lawyer helped us with the inventory values.

You should be able to include your overdraft fees in the BK.
