341 today and my case is a mess

I have my 341 today and I'm nervous as hell. My filing was a total mess. I forgot some creditors, for one. Stupidly didn't count gift money and cash received from selling personal items as income, which had an effect on the means test. And I'm supplying the trustee with an updated list of my personal property because I forgot to list some stuff. (Nothing valuable and nothing that was non-exempt. Just household items.) To make matters worse, my lawyer didn't want to file amendments for some of this stuff -- he just wants me to go on the record at the hearing and correct it, which is freaking me out. He filed amendments for the income and creditors, but everything else needs to be mentioned at the hearing. (Is this unusual?)

I am so so so scared. I have no idea how I'm going to make it through this without looking like a complete idiot.

It wouldn't necessarily be unusual to state the items on the record in lieu of filing an amendment. The trustee will tell you at the meeting if an amendment is necessary. If you are going to be a no asset case anyway, the amendment probably won't need to be filed.

Well, my hearing's done and it was no where near as difficult as I thought it would be. At the end, the trustee recommended my lawyer file an amendment, but that was it. The trustee also said I was a no asset case. That's good right???
