I feel like I'm back in school learning about my taxes LOL.. Luci , wow $500.00 a month for meds I sure hope you get to feeling better soon ~

I'm a little confused here, If you file in the middle of the year, like i did and have already spent my tax return back in Febuary, Does the Trustee ask for next year (2009) tax return ? Or can you have my attorney exempt it for me ? Does child earned income & earned imcome count, if i have to give it back ?
    Filed on 7-17-09
    waiting for 341
    341 meeting 8-21-09

It differs by District, but the Trustee may ask you for part of "next" year's tax refund. However, most attorneys will exempt your "future" tax refund anyhow.

I don't even think EIC and Child Tax Credits are protected, unless you have exemptions which cover them.
