I'm discharged and did not reaffirm mortage. I never got any paperwork
and the mortage company is reporting the loan as current. I hope that
somehow they can not just take the house.

As long as you remain current you will be fine. Mortgage companies still have to follow the same foreclosure process as outlined by your state's foreclosure laws.

I'm surprised that they arent reporting it as IIB.

I agree with Laura, as long as you stay current on the payment, they would not foreclose.
