    WOW! Are you serious?

So do you think GMAC and SunTrust know that I have filed bankruptcy by now? How long does it take the court to notify the banks from the time the lawyer files for you? My lawyer files electronically himself so that no clerks have to manually type anything in. This is a wham, bam, thank you ma'am kind of set up. Cattle in... cattle out!

Just looked up my info....Amex, BofA, Chase, Discover, HSBC & Kohls were done electronically. With BoA and Chase I was locked out of my accounts within 2 days.
      Filed 5/29/09
      Discharged 9/14/09

Which accounts specifically? All of your credit card ones? I won't be locked out of my BoA checking will I?

We used our BoA Visa a week ago or so and spent $50 bucks for dinner. I thought I would be able to keep using the card and keep paying on it. I had no idea they were going to close the account right away. Are we going to get into trouble now for doing this?

No, I didn't get locket out of my checking, just the CC's.

            WHEW!!!!!

            That's good to know!!

That is just SWEET that the courts are notifying many of these people electronically. Talking about slamming the brakes on the phone calls! I AM LOVING THAT like there's no tomorrow!
