I had my 341 on 7/15/09- I checked pacer today and there is nothing other than the report of no distribution. Since it's been over 10 business days does that mean I am safe as far as a UST objection?

I am almost at day 10 too, and was about to ask the same question. So after 10 business days and no objections by the trustee, then we are basically just waiting to be discharged? We will be on day 10 on Monday and nothing new appears on Pacer, just no distribution the day after our 341. I think not seeing anything since is a good thing?
Hey I just refigured, we were at day 10 on Wednesday!!! So that means since their are no objections by the trustee, things are good right?Filed Chapter 7 June 4 ~ 341 July 20 ~Last day of objections Sept 18~Discharged/Closed Sept 21

I just posted a similar question a few days ago
I was reminded the UST has in the past posted well into the 60day waiting period before
but I think .. from reading BKforum....that if you have not been notified prior to 341 or at 341 or withing 10days of 341 then it seems you are at a low risk
(Day 19 here... knocking on wood & particle board)
