I received a medical bill today

DW had a medical procedure 4/2/2009. We filed CH7 6/30/2009. our health insurance did not pay $870, which is the amount owed. The medical bill was included in our BK. The bill states that they are reviewing the case for possible third party collections.

Is this a violation of the automatic stay?

Should I ignore it?

or just pass the info on to my attorney?

FWIW my 341 is Monday 8/3

Pass it on to your attorney. They will contact the creditor and take care of it. It is possible that specific department didn't receive the notice of BK.
