    Garnish Wages

How long does it take to garnish wages after a judgement has been rendered against you?

That's going to be dependent upon your state's garnishment laws. In Mississippi, it's 30 days. For 30 days after the writ is served, you are exempt from garnishment. In other states, no wage garnishment is allowed (except for government and child support debts) such as in TX.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

Go to Google (My Best Friend!). Type in Indiana Garnishment Laws. I saw several websites on the first page which might be helpful in your case.
