Went to 341 Tuesday, our questions were easy more about our closed business. He was asking other people about asset, but didn't ask about ours. I have been such a nervous wreck through all of this. Have found alot of answers and comfort reading this forum. Now just sit and wait checked pacer today all it said was awaiting discharge and trust concluded meeting.
Oh I was also one of the lucky ones choose for the ut trust audit. sent the papers they redquested haven't heard any thing else.

Since your bk account says "awaiting discharge", where you automatically declared a no assets case? If so, nice...

Yes were no asset and filled pro se. I read everything I could find before filing, so that I made sure I did everything right. I was suprised that no creditors or the us trustee showed up to our 341 were discharging over 100,000.

For the audit we had to send bank statements, tax returns, paystubs and business statements. Haven't heard anything back from them so I guess I sent everything they needed. Thanks for the good vibes need all I can get.
