Do you list the PO Box or the actual street address if they have one on the statement? Where does the attorney send the notification- the payment address or the customer service address? 90% of the creditors I have list a PO box for payments and nothing else.. what did you include for your attorney?

no idea. your atty would know where to send based on the statement which should have in small print an address for customer correspondence. some big creditors sign up to be notified electronically, and your attorney would know.filed ch7 May 09
