    We got it We got it!!! We're DISCHARGED!!!

    I checked Pacer at lunch time and we were still awaiting discharge. I logged on 10 minutes ago and there it was. We are now DISCHARGED!!!! We are so excited!! I swear converting our 13 to a 7 was the most stressful thing we've ever been through especially since the UST got involved.

    Thanks to everyone here! I learned so much from this forum and it gave me a place to vent where people understood what we were going through.
    4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
    5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
    7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
    7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

      Now I know the court will send an official discharge letter but shouldn't I be able to print the letter off Pacer? When you go to status it says discharged: 07/27/09 but I can't find a letter or anything else on there. Is it just too soon for the letter to appear or what?

        You can try running a docket report and seeing if it is an attached file, or looking in history/documents.

                              Thanks everyone! It definitely was a long haul but well worth it in the end. Now our discharge has come, our lawyer has been paid in full and suddenly dh is getting more hours and his employer is sending him to a company sponsored school so that he can get a raise.

                              Hopefully things will start looking up now!
