anyone had experience with line of credit

i had a line of credit with my previous bank (pnc--just switched checking acct to new bank) as of tomorrow that will be my first day late with payment
i thought i would have filed by now....
has anyone had experience with this sort of thing?

By line of credit, do you mean an overdraft account which is a line of credit tied into your checking accout or from which you can also draw money via check given to you for that account? We also had PNC Bank and had a line of credit tied into our checking. When we filed BK, it was closed out by the bank. Our checking account was not affected; they just closed out the line of credit attached to it. Now if you are talking about a personal loan or line of credit, and you will be late on payments for that, they can and will close it anytime after 30 days as you will be in breach of contract with your first missed payment.

Unsecured like a credit card...hopefully you haven't used it in a while.

I had PNC they did not mess with any of my money. I've kepted my account
with them.
