I have a corporate meeting that is mandatory on the day of my 341 meeting. Is it possible to change the date or even the time of your 341 meeting. My meeting is at 9am but I could be there by noon.

According to the paper that I got from my 341 you can reschedule but you must pay $100 to do so.4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next

are you pro se or do you have an atty? if pro se, call the trustee's office and ask. if you can be there the same day just later, it's not really a rescheduling and i doubt they would charge you $100. the trustee can just as a courtesy call your case at the end of the day or morning session.
if you have an atty, ask them to do the same thing...filed ch7 May 09
