Length of time between filing and 341 Meeting....
What is the average time between your filing date and your 341 meeting? I filed 07/24 and my 341 meeting is not untill 09/22/09 -- almost 2 months!

My meeting was 3 weeks after filing. I think it depends on how many cases are filed in your district and how backed up they are.4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!

My dates are below. It all depends on your area.
I have heard that Phoenix is bad as is Las Vegas. I have also heard that the area around Detriot is a real mess for BK filings.
We have two new neighbors living next to us from Vegas and one from San Diego. 2 of the 3 are looking for work here and not finding it.
We have been in AZ now since 1993 from CA when I was forced into early retirement.Comment

I am from NE Ohio....I thiught the 341 meeting would be in set for around one month out but it is two months away. I was just wondering.
