Well, we are on our way! We met with the paralegal this morning. She said that we were not going to file Chapter 13 like they first thought but now filing Chapter 7! 
We signed all the paper, paid the addition $25.00 filing fee for the change from 13 to 7 and wnet home. Bout 2 hours later we get a call from the paralegal. She cannot find a copy of our deed. Husband rushes to the local library and faxes it off. She now has everything to file! Wahoooo....what a journey this has been so far.
We are still over mediun income by $20,000.00 and now our DMI is - $58.00 on one form and -$487.00 on the other so she said the lawyer said we are in great shape. They do not anticipate any surprises by the Trustee.
I signed onto Pacer also and now ready for everything to come together. Next step....341 meeting.
