26 Days since Discharge

Hey all, quick question, we were discharged 26 days ago and still we are not closed, is this pretty much the norm? Also I received a bill from Key Bank which is one of the accounts that was included in our matrix, which I was like yeah right, I called them and 4 phone numbers later, I am hoping that I have gotten it through to them. I told them that if they wanted to contact me to call my lawyer since I was already discharged. I swear the left arm doesn't know what the right arm is doing in these companies

Yes it can be normal depending on district.

Save the letter from Key Bank. If they continue then you may have another way to make some money.
