I had my 341 On 7/15 and my ex-wife showed up. Now I know that Child Support and Back Child support is not dischargeable. But I had also listed a $3000 debt owed to her. It was written in the divorce decree as " a debt owed to" Can she file an objection to that? I've heard both sides that it is and isn't dischargable.
