Just got home from my 341...

    Just got home from my 341...

    Went pretty smooth. I got there about 40 minutes early and got to see about 5 cases before mine. He only asked me the standard questions, nothing out of the ordinary.

    A few people didn't bring their SS card, but he just verified their SSN based on the W2s or their income tax return.

    My lawyer's office representative told me it couldn't have gone any smoother.

    Wish me luck.

    4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
    5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
    7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
    7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

                  congrats! Our 341 is August 18th and I am very very very nervous! Ours is a simple case...but still...we will be so happy and relieved when it is over!!!!!!!

                        does anyone owe you money

                        really it isn't anything that isn't on the standard list that i've seen on here a bunch.
