    Where did you get this information? I'm curious to know if he has 30 days or 10 days to respond.

      I am really confused, we got our no distribution and now you are saying we may not be in the clear.

      Why does the US Trustee get involved? Is this possibly because you are reaffirming? I was thinking we would reaffirm if asked too, now if that makes it possible to get the US Trustee involved we won't.

      I wish you the very best of luck! I am sure all we be fine. I am going to look at pacer again, I didn't even look today, figured we were just riding out the 60 days. Now I need to check and make sure the US Trustee isn't wanting anything!
