Will a trustee reopen our case?

Can or will the trustee open a case if you give a car back? Because in our reaffirmation hearing the Judge told us he was not approving one of our reaffirmations and we should give one of the cars back.

If, you did not reaffirm, just let them have the car. You have no liability for any deficency balance. No need for a new hearing.
