341 hearing 05/01/2009..Today I receive Form#B18 from the Bankruptcy Court In Riverside, CA. It is just a one page "letter" stating discharge of debtor and one small paragraph stating "It appears that the debtor is entitled to a discharge. IT IS ORDERED..Then signed by the clerk of the court. So am I officially discharged ? I know that years ago you would receive a large package with all the discharge papers etc. So do you still receive more paperwork later ? And is this the official discharge ? Thank you.

All I ever got was the discharge letter, no packet.
So yep sounds like you are discharged. Put the letter in a safe place just in case you ever need it.May 31st, 2007: Petition Filed by my lawyer
July 2nd, 2007: 341 Meeting Held
September 4th, 2007: Discharged and Closed. -
