How long does it take to get your 341 date, case# in the mail?

After all of my paperwork is done, and I paid in full, how long should it take to get the paper with my date and case number?
I remember my lawyer saying 2 to 3 (I thought) days. I remember thinking that was awefully quick. It must have been 2 to 3 weeks?

As I left he said he'll see me in about 6 weeks (at the 341 meeting)

If you sign up for pacer you can see if the case is filed and find out when your 341 is scheduled.

The 341 date is automatically set by the computer once your case if filed. It took roughly 10 days for me to get notification in the mail, though.

If you find your case on Pacer you should be able to find it on the Docket Report immediately after filing. I left my attorney around 11AM and when I checked around 1 everything had already been filed and I had the date, time, and name of the trustee for my 341.

Now whether or not your attorney intended to file immediately is another story...

The lawyer filed our case on PACER and the computer issued the number at that time. 'Hub

I filed on a Tuesday. Got the paperwork and 341 date in the mail from the trustee that Friday.

We filed on a wednesday, and the para called us on friday with a case #, date, and time. We got the actual letter the following week.

got case number and date for 341 from secretary immediately on filing, the 341 notice was mailed two business days later, received a couple days after that.

It took over 2 weeks to get ours but I called the Lawyer and his paralegal was able to give it to me sooner.

My district is backed up and mailings are slow.

Yea, same here,. the courts are backed -up.. I was told by my attorney that it may take up to 2-3 weeks before i get my notice on when I'll have my meeting...
