Hello,
Dh has been working with the 722 people at US Bank this past week. The rep he was working with asked him to call back with some information he had to research.
When he called back today, the person he's been working with has the day off, and the two reps and one "supervisor" he spoke with today told him that US Bank doesn't work with Pro-Se debtors, only with Attorneys.
No one at US Bank had mentioned this before, and DH told them upfront we were Pro Se.
Didn't JustBroke get a 722 approval? Any other Pro Se's have any luck with them?
Thanks!
