Do you have an attorney? Find all paper work on that creditor and give it to the attorney, make sure they add it to you matrix. Don't wait for them, you file against them whether you think they may or may not want to collect.Filed Chapter 7 June 4 ~ 341 July 20 ~Last day of objections Sept 18~Discharged/Closed Sept 21

In most cases, even if you fail to list an account, it will be discharged after your discharge. Go to anyone, pick one on PACER and read the discharge order. They are all form documents anyway and will say that all debt incurred before your filing has been discharged.
Now I would particularly pick your area as I am in FL and this is the way it is here, but some places may vary. If you know of this though, do report it and you are safe. The debt was before the discharge.
We have an old phone bill (about 600) that we didn't even think of. Was never on our Matrix, and originated before we filed. We simply sent a copy of our discharge with a C & D letter. No one is going to bother in small claims for that little money. It wouldn't even buy taxi money for the lawyer. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.
