well, i hope that wink-wink doesn't mean you think people do that. not only is it fraud, there is simply no reason to. have your spouse take it him/herself. it's no big deal.

Just do the course. Keeps life alot simiplier. DW did not want to do hers, but we sit down at the kitchen table and both did it at the same time on differant computers. It was OK and I have wasted 2 hours on worse things.

For the record,we have no intention on cheating and jeopardize having my case dismissed.

We will fully comply with the court.

I received a mailing from a company that lets you take the course together simultaneously which sounds like a good deal.

Kinda like killing two birds with one stone.

Are all these companies certified with all the courts?

Or do you still have to find one approved by you're district?

if you received a mailing, it's very likely that it's from a company that's certified in your area. imagine the amount of trouble they'd get into if they posed as an approved company but weren't...

but double check on your district's website to be sure (or ask your lawyer, but all he will do is double check with the district's website...)
