How many have had to supply bank statements for their 341? We have not been asked for them up till now....I'm wondering if we'll be required to provide them....no big deal really...I just get nervous because I'm a contractor so one month I may have no income and the next 2,000 and then the next none....just depends on the work. I just don't want it to be an issue!

We were told to bring 3 months of bank statements so we did and the trustee never even took them or even asked for them.4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next

i didn't have to. if they do ask, it would be for the few months before filing. and don't worry, people know that some incomes are not steady.filed ch7 May 09
