I met with my attorney today to go over bank statements. Just a few things he wants me to clarify, but otherwise, said i do not need a means test for chap 7, becuase my debts are not a "consumer debt" situation, they are bad investments. It will be an asset case, but he is positive i will be able to buy back certain property with an decent offer. My attorney was very impressed i knew so much about bankruptcy, thanks to this site. i already feel a sense of relief that i have reached a decision.
