I was wondering what is happening once you have had you're 341 meeting.

What is going on during the 60 days after the meeting of creditors?

Is it just a wait and see?

What is the Trustee doing during this time with you're case?

Are they all done digging around in you're pass?

Are they still looking for assets or hidden jewels they think you're hiding?

I was just wondering what is happening after the 341 in that 60 days you're waiting for you're freedom.

99% of the time, nothing is happening. Your trustee has likely moved on to other cases. The 60 day period just gives your creditors the opportunity to object to the discharge of their debt.
All you can do is wait it out.

Well, for me, I am focusing on my new business, getting in shape and finally re-claiming my health, taking walks on the beach and spending time with friends and family - hmmmm, life that doesn't revolve around bills and creditors!

As for the trustee, I assume that he's off worrying about someone else who has more assets than I do or stepped into more gray areas than I did. Although from what I saw at my 341, we all worry about this way more than they would ever dream of! We look at every little aspect of our finances and our worldly goods and imagine that the trustee will see something amiss, or care about every fiver we ever spent. I got the feeling from our trustee that it's all pretty cut and dried in his view.
