is report of no distribution mailed after 341?

hi everyone,
i am wondering whether if the trustee posts a "report of no distribution" on pacer, do you also get it in the mail?

i have been a little quiet about where i am in the process because i am afraid to jinx things... but i just have to tell you all that i had my 341 already a few weeks ago. it went very smoothly, and my trustee posted a "report of no distribution" the very next day. so i have been a quiet, somewhat secret member of the 60 day club for a while.

currently, i am cautiously optimistic...

My 341 was on 7/7 and I received mine in the mail today. It was filed on 7/9.

I never got it in the mail I just saw it on Pacer.

The No distribution report means you are a no asset case and the trustee won't be taking anything from you.

Pacer is the courts online system. You can sign up their and access your case. It does cost 8 cents per page though.

thanks. I just check pacer which link do I click on under my case that says that I had my 341 on friday and they updated today. I am in pacer now where do i go ?

i only saw mine on pacer, never received anything in the mail except 341 notice. im on day 61

i suppose that means it depends on the district whether they mail it to you or not. i got nothing in the mail. i think it's strange, though, it's kind of an important event don't you think??

lbroussard25, click on the docket report, it should be a docket entry.

i know what you mean, i have no proof of even attending my 341(pacer shows it). no paperwork was given/mailed on any case progress at all so far.

the proof exists in the form of a tape recording of the hearing, but only the trustee has it.

however, it would be hard for the trustee to say you weren't there, because if you weren't there the trustee would have dismissed the case.

on the other hand, if you WERE there and the trustee claimed you were not, then i seriously have no idea how you would prove that you were! but i don't think this kind of thing ever happened to anybody, it's just my imagination gone wild.

I had my 341 on 6/29 and I haven't received anything from the Truste. I check Pacer all the time and that's where I saw "No Distribution" on July 2nd.

would be nice to get something on the case progress, but like the saying goes...the waiting is the hardest part.

The only thing you will get is the signed order of discharge. Your attorney can print all the other stuff I reckon if you really want it.

i really only want my discharge posted on Pacer, good enough for me. as im on day 63(not that im counting ), the waiting truly is the hardest part
