I just bought a 97 Thunderbird ($1,600 out the door) to replace my 06 Jeep that is getting surrendered. The CU filed relief from stay and I am not objecting.

Legally right does not equal morally right. It isn't even morals, it is simple right and wrong. My mom taught me that. I called them last week and they said they wanted to wait until their stay got approved for them to arrange for pickup with me. I told them not a problem and made sure they had my correct contact information.

Karma will come back to bite you. 2 wrongs don't make a right, 3 left turns does.

My scheduled discharge would be at the end of September. I really just want this car to last me until the end of December....then I will either purchase or finance a better vehicle.

        >Legally you don't have to give the car back. It may be morally wrong to keep it, but legally the car is yours.

how do you figure that it's legally yours, if there is a lein on it?
