    This looks Good..
one thing though- this was entered the same day as the 341 and that seems fast SO I am thinking either it is really great.. clean cut or it is being moved to someone else...would you still get this letter if you were about to be notified by the UST?

    just wondering

fyi2, the people who had the ust involved had heard from the ust before (or at) their 341. if you haven't heard anything, you are most likely free and clear.

i think the 10 days are business days (i.e. two weeks).

the fact that it was fast is not a red flag. trustees can just click here and there and the no distribution report goes onto pacer. they made it very easy for them - all the numbers are automatically taken from the debtor's schedules, so once the trustee decides he/she is done with the case, the trustee doesn't have to check or think or anything, just click in a couple of places. they can probably select in one screen all the debtors for whom they want to post a report of no distribution, and the system does everything else for them automatically. then they get their $60 per case and that's it for them.

My 341 is today, we heard from the UST on July 1st. Our attorney told me yesterday that he's not expecting to hear more from the UST beyond the two questions they asked earlier, but we'll see! My understanding is that if you're selected for the random audit you find that out prior to the 341.

I had my 341 on 7/1, received the TT report the next day and it was worded the exact same. However, I also received a notice on Pacer the next day and in the US Mail from the UST that my case had been selected for audit. I had to provide bank statement for the past 6 months, divorce docs, tax returns for the past 2 yrs and a written explanation for any expenditure or deposit over $500. I am told this is only a desk audit whereby they verify my income, expenses and assets that I listed on my schedules. I gues it aint over till it's over.
Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009

First, let me explain. The U.S.T. is not your Trustee that you met at your 341. That is simply your bk Trustee. The U.S.T. is the Trustee representing the Courts, not you and your creditors. He is the one you really don't want to hear from. He generally does not get into the picture without good cause.

Your Trustee is the one who posted your letter and you still have to wait your 60 days for possible objections. It looks like to me, he looked at your paperwork and probably it was so simple that he said "I'm outta here". Remember they are becoming very busy now and it may have even been his paralegal that has amassed a bunch of easy pass through s. If this letter is correct, you are the luckiest one I've seen here. I hope it keeps going that well for you. 'Hub

I got that and still got notified by the UST. But the UST only has 10 business days after the meeting to get involved.

Good Luck on your next 60 days!!
