    Scheduling Items

I own 5 properties that I am currently including in my Chapter 7. I purchased all of them prior to getting married about 1 year ago. The only thing my wife and I share is a joint checking account, I am not listed on her credit card and she is not on any of mine. The problem comes in to our house, we moved in together 1 year prior to getting married and she has re-decorated the entire place. Also many of our kitchen items were wedding presents to both of us. My question is 2 fold.

    1. How in depth do you get when listing household goods? Is there a threshold of where you stop? i.e. universal TV remote, food processor, cutting boards... also clothing, do I give a $ amount for everything or list how many button down shirts...

    2. Almost everything in the house is jointly owned, I am not trying to pull one over on anyone, would the trustee liquidate anything that is jointly owned? I am going to list things like my 3 guns as individually owned but most everything has been acquired by both of us.

I have 13K in credit cards that has been building this year b/c of a drastic pay cut (I am a commission only Real Estate agent) so I used it to buy gas and food, nothing in the house has been charged so I am not worried about my 341 and having the company show up asking about big ticket items.

    Thoughts?
