Well the trip got delayed, I still have the car.

As I wrote earlier, I think you're okay. With all the clarifications (and re-clarifications), it's safe to say that you have a defensible position in any case.

That and the fact that for the past 15 months I've been talking to her about coming to visit. My plan is to move there as soon as this BK BS is done with. I'd probably already be there but I don't feel like moving to another state while I have a lawsuit pending here from a creditor, and trying to do a BK as a new resident.
So in other words I will be going there, I will bring the car with me and it will be on a trailer, I am not going to drive it there.

AND I won't be driving it there because mainly I'll need to bring my truck and I can't drive two vehicles at the same time.
But even if I just had her car to bring I'd have to rent a truck along with a trailer because it's not registered, I can't get a temp registration because IT'S TITLED IN SOMEONE ELSES NAME and that person would have to be physically present.

Sorry to confuse everyone, I guess.

          Thanks for the help.
          Moving along now.

PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE, NO MORE COMMENTS PLEASE. Even if you see me going to prison for fraud don't make me explain everything over again. Let this thread die. Thanks.

but you are not going to prison for fraud: if it doesn't walk like a duck, doesn't smell like a duck, doesn't look like a duck, it ain't a duck!

ok, that was my last comment! thread is now dead.

              Hi All.

This question has been asked and answered several times. To keep re-hashing this non-issue, is causing undue stress to the OP. At his request, I am closing this thread. Thank you for your understanding.
