    Finally Discharged!

Today was the day as the court clerk told me last week.
We showed as discharged last this afternoon.
    Bring on that Hamster Dance
I want to thank all those that helped and even those that argued. Oh, that was me most of the time.
The pressure is finally off and we can start anew officially!

No way! They gave a discharge to kenshirley! Just kidding bud! Congratulations, and I hope this will allow you to enjoy retirement, and those early morning fishing/boating trips more!

    (I'm still jealous.)

Yes I went Monday but no bites. Kind of the normal this summer for some reason.
Oh well, fishing is that way, you just have to hold your mouth right.
It's been a long haul for us, but not as bad as many have had it.
It was a straight forward case for us with no assets. (how do you spell lost it all)
Oh well, retired with enough income to pay the bills with a little left over for little fun once in awhile.
Just sit back now and enjoy the kids and grand kids until they can't stand us anymore!

This is 'Hub and Mrs. Cat to say: OMG! How'd this happen? You are the quintessential never to find that white light tunnel couple. The amazing forever falling off the boat two. You have almost become our "Token" Trustee Tidbit of Tantalizing Tales of Terrorizing Woes.

So, for you guys, from us and all the Forum, you get two Victory Dances, one on the house.

We started this whole process back in October as many of you know. We had too much income right after my wife lost her last job due to medical problems.
Stuck with just retirement, and that's not all bad, we had to sell the home or the RV. Fat chance with either a year ago.
So we moved out, surrendered the home and the RV and moved into a rental and went to file.
And then we waited until we could just go straight Chapter 7 deal with the chapter 13 stuff.
A competent attorney is a must as far as I am concerned. Shop them, when we first looked most wanted $2500-4000 in my area. We went up the road a bit and got a pretty good attorney for $1500 complete.
Good luck to all that must go through this process. Don't be embarrassed, the law is there to take care of you in these trying times.

OK, this does not mean you leave us. You KNOW you are obligated now to help a few others with your "life experiences". You can't get out of this that easy. LOL 'Hub

I am not sure what my experiences can do to help.
Our case was very simple with a straight forwards no assets case.
But I may be around for awhile.
