One step closer!

I checked Pacer & under the meeting section it says 341 is 8-10-09 @ 1:30. Can I assume that its really at that time? even though my case was just filed today it should be a week or two before I get my notice.

i would assume so unless otherwise notified. i got a letter form the court about 2 wks after filing and a letter from my tt about a wk later. pacer was correct in my acct

I knew that date and time of my 341 Meeting as soon as I filed. I filed in person at the Court and the paperwork the Intake Clerk gave me, and she pointed it out to me, when my 341 Meeting was.

So, I'm not surprised that you received it when the case was filed.

Yep it's really at that time. They schedule them very quickly.

Yes, I received my 341 date and time when the case was filed (that day)

I thought the 341s were suppose to be on a Tuesdays. Guess not, both of ours are on Mondays. I'll let you know how mine goes.

That's what I thought too. Our attorney said they usually were on Tues. He did say they brought back those 2 'easy' trustees so maybe they needed an extra day for them.
