Seems like this has been coming up alot - as I am in the same boat and have the same question.
It seems like after the new bk laws came out Ford and Chrysler where not letting ride throughs happen. I remember reading an article, (if I can find it again I will post it) that said Chrylser lost a ton of money repoing cars just to make a point.
I can't seem to find anyone who in that past year has had a car repoed while doing a ride through.
Any stories of anyone who HAS had the car taken away. My lawyer said in the past 15 years of doing this he has never seen a car taken away -even after the news laws where in place.
