My 341a went smooth.. Trustee was even nice. I would say he wasnt tough with me.

couple of days ago i am still getting phone calls from the creditor
Anyway
I owe money from USBANK when i check my statement and get the account number THE FSB BANK on my credit report matches my US BANK account number! Because no such USBANK APPEARS ON MY CREDIT REPORT EXCEPT for the FSB which matches the account number of my US BANK so what i did since the US BANK is not on my credit report. i used the FSB on my mailing matrix. Now that i am done with my 341a should i ammend something?
Please enlighten me with this one coz i am worried

You can still amend to add them if the debt was prior to filing date.

It would cost a little money is all and would delay the close of the case but that's not the big deal here. If you are no asset then it will be discharged anyway, but to CYA you might want to amend to make the process easier.

ok thanks for the reply yes i better call the court , and ask them about it.. because even the name is different that it was in the credit report i still need to make sure its the same thing that appears.
