341 was done and over with over 2 weeks ago. TT just asked the standard question, but also asked for paycheck stubs from filing date to 341. TT also wanted original receipts of where tax refund money went to, any receipts we had for the past month, and a professional estimate on our car value. There is nothing new on pacer, the last entry is from before 341. Has the sixty days started and can the US TT still object?

Does the trustee have to contact you within two weeks of the 341 if there are objections or if they want amendments? My 341 was June 12, and I've heard nothing since.Comment

He asked for us to mail them in and we did 2 days after the 341. Guess we just have to sit and wait. Our income isn't steady and has dramatically decreased so I think the TT wanted more proof of that.Originally posted by music12 View Post
