    Thank you!!!

    I am a newbie to this forum and I can't tell you how valuable this forum has been to me and DH. We have a nice enough atty but with the exception of this forum, his paralegal has told me more about the BK process than he has. (She has just filed to the 2nd time -divorce).

    Everyone of you sharing your experiences, questions and knowledge has empowered me to be able to go through this process and I want to say THANKS to each of you for that!

    May we all come out on the other side of BK renewed and ready to take on the world with our 2nd chance!!

          [Though we used an attorney (filed in Dec. 2007, and had been working toward filing since August 2006 ) we had to kick her butt to get her to file then! And the mistakes we made because SHE didn't do her job of educating us--never mind!]

          What I am trying to say is that once we discovered this wonderful forum April 2008 is when we truly started becoming educated AND being comforted--and finding out the mistakes we made.
