$100K is chicken feed. some people in my neighborhood are $400K upside down

That's what I'm thinking. Some of the loans that were going on here were crazy. Once of my neighbors got a HELOC for more than $150K over what the houses ever sold for. Had to walk away. I know other parts of the country aren't seeing what we are seeing in So. Cal. with the housing. My attorney says even over 100K cc debt is common too.

Crazy times. People are selling their IOU's from the State for less than their face value on craigslist just to get $$.
