    Ugh....

I have finished the 25 page questionaiire required by my lawyer.

I have scanned and PDF'd every document he's asked for. CD with all the docs going to him tomorrow.

I can't wait for this to be over.
Moving ahead with my fresh start!

Not sure of what you mean, but I guess the lawyer was automated and saved interview time with a CD????? So, the important thing, how are you feeling about that and are you in a "healing" mode??? 'Hub
If I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Angelina & Hub - thank you for the welcome......

My attorney's office is pretty "techy" - he was telling me that all their files are electronic to save storage space, that they scan everything when it comes in. I offered to do the scanning and PDF the docs in exchange for a fee break and he agreed.

His fee is normally 1800 + the filing fees - but he's cut me a deal for 1500 + the fees.

I'm starting to get into a "healing" place, but I'm scared silly that somethings going to go wrong with the whole mess. Paranoid, I guess.

I'll just be glad when its all over.
