I recieved a letter today from MBNA a notice to Home Loan Applicant, which I have not applied for a home loan. It is stating my credit score and something about it was created on 05/04/05????

Was that before or after you filed? It is almost time for my discharge, and I am already getting offers in the mail to buy my home (I am not a home-owner yet), and to purchase a vehicle. -
After I filed, MBNA is my biggest debt I am tring to wipe out.Comment

My wife and I each got one of those yesterday as well.
We filed in May and were discharged in August. MBNA was one of our creditors.
Back in April before we filed I called MBNA to see if they had any sort of payoff plan they could put us in. We got turned down, and I assume it was for some sort of Home Equity type loan.Comment

This is a fine example of the Left Hand not "knowing" what the Right Hand is doing and they have their Head stuck up their "*&*&*"!!!!
Just ignore it, besides you can't take out any loans during the bk process without the approval of the Trustee....

Yea, I had applied for a debt consolidation loan back in May. MBNA has pulled some stuff during all this that has really tee'd me off. They some how got in contact with my mother at work, and talked her into making a payment for me. Of course I had not told her what was going on yet.
