When does the 60 days start?

I had my 341 on June 5th, last day for objections is Aug. 4th. The TT put in a no assets ruling on the 8th of June and asked to be discharged from my case.

I had a creditor send me a bill last week and had to call my attroney to make sure that an address correction that needed to be changed had been done and they were notified, they were and last Thur. she said I was at day 52.

They count from the day I filed. She said that it is usually 90 days from date of filing to discharge but she said some have been as long as 115 days. She said there are so many right now.

I am hoping for the 90 days since my 341 wasn't even a month from when I filed and that the TT was right on top of things.

Anyway does my 60 days start from his ruling of no asset on the 8th or the day of my 341?

Also I have heard from nobody on reaffirming anything. Is that good or bad at less than a month from last day to object?

Can you tell I am getting anxoius and just want this over.

Ours was extended to 90 days as an asset case. It took many more days before discharge, and to date, we are still not a close. Waiting on the disbursement of assets. Notification is 20 days, today is day 20, but the Courts are obviously getting busy. Aren't you pleased with our stimulus? Sure is stimulating a lot of bk lawyers. 'Hub

Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
