It looks like you just have been discharged. Your case should have been closed by now. Check pacer, or call your atty. You want to by a new car?

Dumping a car that I am $8K (worth $15K owe $22.5K) upside down on and getting a new one that will lower my payment/insurance/fuel costs by about $200 a mo.

Under the status tab...
It will have the date you filed, discharged date, and closed date. (something like that)

So now what? Do I need to worry about losing my discharge?

I am mostly worried about the bank that I am returning the car to making a fuss and getting my case re-opened. Is that possible?

the bank can't make a fuss now, it's too late for them.

your case should have been closed by now. call your atty or call the clerk of the court and ask nicely when they expect it to be closed.

Just give your atty a call. The bank will not make a fuss, trust me. It is a clerical with the clerk why your case hasn't been closed. Just check in with your atty, thats what you paid him for. I am pretty sure if there was an issue he/she would have contact you by now.
