How do you fill out Schedule D if filing individually

Hello,
I am filing as an individual even though I'm married and live in a community property state. I am only hoping to discharge my individual credit card debts. My questions is for Schedule D , my husband does have secured debt namely our mortgage and our truck but the loans are in his name only and we do not want them discharged. Do I still have to list them on here since it is community property? Our liens on them are more than what they are worth
