Money after filing

We filed 6/10 chapter 7. I kept careful receipts to show where everything went. Do I have to worry as much now?
Will where my paycheck went be looked at after filing, before the 341?
I'm not talking about a Bahama vacation, just do I need to keep every walmart receipt now.

your income after filing is not part of the bk estate. nobody is allowed to ask you anything about what you do with post-petition income. they may ask only about what's in the petition, not what's after.

so, you can go on a bahama vacation, but only if you can afford it!!!

and keep receipts, but only because you might want to return something to the store...
