    Worksheet of Creditors

So my husband and i finally have the money to file and have an appt. with attny. on the 15th. My question is he gave us a list of stuff to bring (aside from the money) like stubs, tax returns, proof we completed the credit counseling, and completed worksheet of creditors. On that worksheet i know i put everyone we owe, but what about things like rent, vehicle ins., power, phone, stuff like that?

Also i bought my house last year so we got an extra $7500 back with taxes for the first time homebuyers tax credit (loan), does anyone know what happens with that? That house is being surrendered, so do we still pay the credit back with taxes every year or is it gone in the BK?
    Thanks

rent, power, phone, etc. probably doesn't go on the worksheet because these are not creditors but monthly expenses. that is, unless you owe back rent or are behind on power, phone payments. i don't know specifically about vehicle ins.

don't know what happens to the tax credit, but i'm sure someone else here does!

Thanks i just didnt want to go to the lawyer and find that i was only half done with the paperwork he gave me.
The tax credit has me worried because since we moved out of the house we are giving up im worried that we will have to pay the whole thing back at once which obviously wont work since we are filing ch7.
